At Byborg, we believe in giving back and staying active—so why not do both at once? This year, the #ByborgSquad once again proudly sponsored the Broschtkriibslaf event and took part in the Luxembourg Times' annual Business Run. It was a fantastic way to support our community while keeping our team energized and healthy!
A quick #ByborgSquad team pic with the Croix-Rouge luxembourgeoise in the middle of their summer party, hosted for the residents of their refugee center. Thank you for letting us give a hand!
The #ByborgSquad showed their true colors by stepping into action for our ELA Step Challenge 2024 with ELA Luxembourg asbl! 👣
3,860,662 steps later, we were able to donate 10,000€, which will go to support the research and awareness of Leukodystrophies.
The #ByborgSquad was proud to gear up and help @coqueluxembourg prepare for the incredible @relaispourlavieluxembourg event. We’re deeply committed to the cause and fully support @fondationcancerluxembourg’s mission. Let’s join their noble endeavor and make a difference.
Our team was proud to gear up and help set up the incredible Relais pour la Vie event. We’re deeply committed to the cause and fully support Foundation Cancer Luxembourg’s mission. Let’s join their noble endeavor and make a difference.
The #ByborgSquad visited the Grand Château d'Ansembourg for an amazing day planting trees and vegetables for the association. Luckily, the sun decided to also volunteer as well!
The team made a donation of toys for the children of Caritas, an organization doing amazing things in Luxembourg.
Our colleagues went to Stumm Vun Der Strooss to volunteer in their soup kitchen, located in Ettelbruck. This is a great initiative in Luxembourg to serve the community.
One of our latest CSR campaigns was our company lunch on Valentine's Day, where colleagues could make a donation to receive a wonderful catered lunch. In doing so, the sum was also matched by Byborg Enterprises, and then was donated to Femmes en Detrésse's Fraenhaus, a local women's shelter.
We refuse to accept that so many women's lives are adversely affected by such an insidious disease. This is why we joined the Broschtkriibslaf marathon with 20 registered runners to raise awareness and financial aid and also donated 5,000 euros to the EuropaDonna’s Breast Cancer association.
It was a great honor to be welcomed by Ambassador Engin Yürür at the Turkish Embassy to commemorate our donation in support of the people of Turkey following the aftermath of the earthquake. We wish the best for the recovery of Turkey and affected regions, and we look forward to maintaining our strong relationship with the Embassy.
There was an opportunity for colleagues to choose different charities to volunteer with, including the Croix Rouge Luxembourg & Elisabeth, as well as a local animal shelter! It was a great time for team-building while doing something good for others. Due to the success and enjoyment of this event, we plan to host even more in the near future.
Welcoming the Foundation Cancer Luxembourg yesterday was an absolute pleasure! After a fundraising event that took place during Valentine’s Day, our colleagues donated to a great cause, and Byborg management matched that amount!
For this reason, Byborg vowed to do what it could to alleviate some of the burdens. In December, our colleagues donated hygiene kits and feminine products to Femmes en Detresse, a Luxembourgish organization that serves women in need.
We wish to do our part to aid those in need and hold at least 3 blood drives in the office every year. Alongside our regular donations, we also collected men’s clothing items for refugees in Luxembourg last December. Combined with our office in Budapest, the Croix Rouge received a donation of 200,000 euros on behalf of Byborg Enterprises.
As equality is one of the main pillars on which Byborg was built, we believe that Elisabeth's mission goes hand-in-hand with ours and we want to pursue a long-term partnership with them. Through our “Garage Sale” in October where we gave away branded clothing and gadgets to our colleagues in exchange for a donation, we were able to send Elisabeth 5,000 euros to support their involvement and assistance of handicapped youth and elderly.
